Rules are to be applied in descending order
Token Space
All ships are protected, except:
- Non-Voyager ships in Fluidic Space (FSEP-xxx) if a token is required
Origin Space (Territory)
RoE applies, except:
- Ships that do not belong to the alliance owning the territory.
- Surveys involved in an active takeover or defence.
Surveys
Surveys are always protected when UPC, except:
- If on a 0 node (attacker must give a 2m warning and need the node to mine)
- miners belonging to an alliance raiding a base in the same system or actively involved in defending the raid.
- Bottany Bay mining outside of augment space or alliance territory.
- D’Vor mining outside of latinum systems or alliance territory.
- Surveys other than the D’Vor mining in raw latinum systems during Latinum rush event.
Warships
No protection, except:
- Inside their alliance’s armada circle, on the way to the armada and for 2 min after end of armada.
- In Swarm Systems
Armadas
- Failed armadas can be claimed by the person(s) who failed it by writing in GC with coordinates within 2 min of failed attempt.
- Upon finding a failed armada target player(s) must wait 2min & check GC for claim before starting it.
RoE Breach Reporting (Discord)
- Reports of ROE breaches should be acknowledged within 24 hours of the original post.
- Provide any evidence and suggest a resolution within a further 48 hours.
- Burden of proof is on the attacker.
War Diplomacy
- Declare 12 hours before the war starts in the war-declarations channel.
- Where evidence of need for self defence from acts of aggression and/or multiple provocative ROE breaches or attacks are presented with the war declaration then the above 12 hour rule does not apply and the war may begin immediately.
- War can be declared by proxy by asking a discord admin.
- ROE does not apply during war.
Declaring a serverwide rogue player
- The admirals on 106 discord vote on rogue status with at least 10 votes and on top of this 50% of votes in favour needed to pass the vote.
A Player is deemed rogue if:
- Violating RoE continuously
- Declaring themselves against the server.
- Rogue behaviour is displayed for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Rogues must be declared individually with evidence for each.
- An alliance with rogues refusing to remove player or failing to respond can be voted rogue.
- Any alliance or the rogue player can request a revote following the same procedure to have rogue status revoked once every two weeks.
